Tidewater Builders Association’s Tidewater Multifamily Housing Council brings you this informative session by Richmond attorney Barrie B. Bowers. Not only will Bowers cover the basics of fair housing law, she also will discuss reasonable accommodation requests, assistance animals, recent HUD guidance on both criminal background checks and harassment, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act applicable to HUD-financed housing.
This program is a “must-attend” for anyone involved in residential leasing!
(This course has been approved by the Virginia Real Estate Board for 3 hours of continuing education credit. It will also count for 50 points in the Multifamily University program series.)
