Description
The Tidewater Multifamily Housing Council's Registered in Apartment Management (RAM) School is designed as an introductory program for those who are new to apartment management.
It's also a valuable refresher course for those who have worked in the profession for a while and want to sharpen their skills.
In a classroom setting over two weeks, local instructors will cover such topics as office management, leasing techiques, marketing, financing, maintenance, security, legal issues and federally assisted housing programs.
