| Tenant assertion and escrow issues with attorney David Dickerson Come join TMHC's FREE Regional Roundtable discussion about how to best deal with tenant assertion and escrow issues. 9-10 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 13 TMHC’s legal representative, David Dickerson, will moderate the discussion about handling these issues when they come up and share some real-life situations you’ll be able to learn from. There's no cost to attend, but reservations are required so we can provide light refreshments. The program is open to all property managers at the regional level and above and will be held in the TBA conference room at 2117 Smith Ave., Chesapeake, VA 23320.
