CVBIA’s Coastal Multifamily Housing Council brings you the annual Virginia Residential Landlord & Tenant Act Review and Update in a format modified for today’s new work environment. Conducted by John G. “Chip” Dicks III of Gentry Locke, this three-hour webinar is a “must-attend” for anyone involved in multifamily property management.
Please note that this program focuses on VRLTA, with a review of the basics and an update on changes made to housing laws during the 2020 General Assembly session. The Fair Housing Act will not be covered. Also, due to the virtual format, CMHC will not offer CEUs for real estate licensing through DPOR's Real Estate Board, although webinar attendance is valid for continuing ed credit for other designations, including RAM.
