(Showcase and dinner are open only to apartment community employees and Showcase exhibitors/event sponsors. CVBIA board members and CVBIA Cornerstone Foundation members are welcome to attend the dinner and ceremony.)

CMHC celebrates the industry's finest!
Area apartment communities and the people who manage them are celebrated at the Coastal Multifamily Housing Council's 37th annual Awards of Excellence Celebration.
The largest multifamily event in South Hampton Roads kicks off with the Associates' Showcase from 5-7 p.m., followed by dinner and the awards program at 7 p.m.
It's the industry's night to shine!
