Tidewater Builders Association’s Tidewater Multifamily Housing Council brings you the annual Virginia Residential Landlord & Tenant Act Review and Update seminar conducted by John G. “Chip” Dicks III of FutureLaw L.L.C. Please note that this year’s program focuses solely on VRLTA, with a review of the basics and an update on changes made during the 2018 General Assembly session. Fair housing will not be covered.
This comprehensive full-day program is a “must-attend” for anyone involved in multifamily property management.
