Virginia Residential Landlord & Tenant Act Review and Update
TMHC once again brings John G. "Chip" Dicks III to Hampton Roads with his informative program on property management law in Virginia. This year, Dicks will focus solely on VRLTA, providing the basics, as well as covering updates made during the 2017 General Assembly session. There will be no fair housing component to the program.
The seminar carries the following credits: Virginia Real Estate Board continuing education - six hours for review and update on VRLTA legislation and property management issues; 25 Registered in Apartment Management (RAM) points; 50 Multifamily University points.
